With a core team of around 15 staff and more than 120 specialist consultants, every team member is valued for their particular contribution. An Investor in People since 1998, we were first in our field to achieve this award. Our inclusive environment encourages participation from all, creating a unique sense of belonging.
Built on values which were created by our team, working for Chiumento allows individuals to feel trusted, and to grow in a supportive, hard working and dedicated environment. As an organisation we encourage progression and facilitate opportunities for individuals to develop ideas which add value to them, to their work and to the business.
Moreover, initiatives to ensure the business maximises its contribution to the challenges of environmental change and greater corporate social responsibility have been met with an eagerness to participate among the team. Such initiatives are an active part of working life at Chiumento.

To join us you will need to convince us that you understand the major changes that have taken place in the UK jobs market – including being up-to-date with technology including social networking. You also have an extensive range of personal contacts that you are willing to share with your clients and colleagues.
