Every individual programme starts with a detail and structured assessment of individual needs. Often the discovery will be the first face-to-face meeting between delegate and consultant so it also verifies that we have got the chemistry right!

The discovery ensures we understand exactly where the individual is and the goals they want to achieve during the programme. We explore not just career objectives but also how work fits into the individual’s wider life plan. We also sensitively address emotional state – making sure that individuals are in the right place to learn. We can bring in specialist counsellors if required.
