Outplacement support to CP Ships

After acquiring CP Ships in 2005, TUI AG decided to transfer the business to their other shipping company Hapag-Lloyd, headquartered in Germany.

Following a full tender process, Chiumento were successfully selected to provide outplacement assistance to 450 affected employees at all levels within the organisation.

Chiumento set up two on-site resource centres and ran
numerous workshops, whilst adopting a highly flexible approach to the service - as staff left the business at different stages of closure.
