We work with candidates who are committed to interim management as a career, not as a stop-gap whilst searching for a permanent position.

You will demonstrate experience and specialist knowledge. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal skills; be capable of quickly establishing client rapport and building trust; and possess confident people management and communication skills.

We also ask our interims to work through a limited company
and have professional indemnity insurance.
