Why engage an interim?

We have found that our clients contact us wanting interim support for three broad reasons:

Project & programme management: To undertake specific projects, either independently or as part of a project team, where the resource or a particular skill-set is not available internally.

Gap management: To cover mid to senior level vacancies caused by a delay in permanent recruitment or when an employee is on maternity leave, long-term sick, resigned or seconded to another role within the organisation.

Specialist knowledge: To fulfil a role where access to a specialist skill-set and experience is unavailable internally.
