For some time, Chiumento clients have been asking us to extend our services and bring our proven commitment to quality and value to the permanent market. In 2009 we have responded by launching our new Executive search service.

In designing our offer we've heeded our clients' request to cut out much of the 'smoke and mirrors' traditionally associated with search - particularly when it comes to fees and charges. Our approach is therefore refreshingly simple - we charge 20% of base salary only and fix the fee at the outset of the assignment. We don't charge for routine expenses and we only invoice our final payment when the candidate joins your organisation.

Lower cost doesn't mean compromise either. We will be building on the same client and candidate care principles that have made us one of the most respected names in Interim management. And we will be using many of the same researchers as the top global firms to deliver original and insightful reviews of the market.
