Interim support at BP Chemicals Following restructuring within the Chemicals business, there was a concern that new Team Leaders lacked management skills. Feedback from an Employee Attitude Survey confirmed this view. Chiumento interim manager, Alan Reynolds, was engaged by BP to develop and deliver a programme that would assess the training needs of the Team Leader population and to design an appropriate solution. The results were a success as 134 training courses were delivered to over 300 people and there was a 14% improvement in the Employee Attitude Survey over a 2 year period.
