on-site resource centres can be a cost-effective and time-efficient way to provide a comprehensive outplacement service.

Chiumento workshops are designed to cover all aspects of job market or career change information. Workshops are facilitated by our accredited consultants over a duration of two days, one day, or split over a number of half day sessions. This flexibility allows work or shift patterns to be accommodated with minimum disruption to the business.

For groups of 30+ staff, an on-site resource centre may be a more appropriate form of delivery. Establishing a centre on-site provides a highly visible resource delivered by a dedicated team of Chiumento consultants.
