Outplacement support to Nestlé Nestlé Purina decided to move its finance function to an outsourced supplier in 2007 and as result, staff roles based in their Shared Service Centre were affected. Chiumento support included an awareness seminar, one-to-one introductory meetings with Chiumento career consultants and a series of half day workshops. Following this, employees had ifollow-up meetings with consultants, which addressed their individual needs.
