Interim support at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) The focus of the assignment was the integration of the Institution of Civil Engineers with their commercial arm, Thomas Telford Ltd. The integration would involve changes to business processes in order to realise benefits from the change programme. Chiumento interim manager, Brian Davies, was selected to join the Programme to inject project management skills and experience that the client did not have available internally. Brian worked with directors and ther stakeholders to ensure change programme activities were aligned with business goals. His recommendations were accepted by the Board and he also spent time training and mentoring permanent employees to help embed learning points from the assignment.
