Outplacement support for Hella Manufacturing In 2006 Hella closed down one of their sites affecting 450 people. Chiumento were asked to provide career transition support for individuals from technical, manufacturing, support, management and senior management roles. Chiumento designed a menu of support options which included awareness sessions, followed by a series of career workshops and one-to-one meetings with a dedicated Chiumento career consultant. The relationship between Chiumento and Hella was considered to be very successful and feedback from participants and the organisation as a whole has been very positive.
