Interim support at Business Link for London

Business Link for London (BLL), a public body funded by the Greater London Authority, was faced with two key challenges: to reduce their number of Business Advisors and to TUPE transfer several hundred people to a new provider.

Chiumento interim manager, Martin Hopping, was engaged by Business Link to help deliver these organisational changes, and to also take leadership of the HR team to deliver 'business as usual' activities.

Martin's approach was very successful both in organisational performance - BLL had its most favourable year's business results ever, and in retaining the core team to transfer to the new provider.
