What's refreshingly different is that we've stripped out the "smoke and mirrors" often applied to search - simplifying the process. We have also simplified and de-mystified the fee structure - getting rid of terms our clients told us they disliked (such as hidden, and often arbitrary, expenses charges). Our fee is also fixed at the outset - meaning that we can act completely in your interest when negotiating salaries and packages.
