Continuous Improvement Manager
I first joined Chiumento in 2006 where I was responsible for the Client Services team. I have always had a passion for helping others and bringing out the best in them, so there was a natural fit in developing my career in Career Transition.
Having for the most part been the sensible and reliable one, in 2011 I took a rather crazy decision to move my family to France for an adventure. A 6 month sabbatical turned into 5 years and what can only be described as a beautiful life experience. Rescuing a horse in a frozen swimming pool at 2am in the morning and being a TV extra in the French WW2 drama, Un Village Francais were some of the more obscure memories we made!
In December 2016, another adventure called and this time it was to the beautiful area of Suffolk. I’m now very happy to be back at Chiumento and this time in the capacity of Continuous Improvement Manager. Building on my experience in Client Services and Project Management it is my role to ensure that as a business we are working efficiently, always striving for excellence and that the customer experience is at the core of what we do. Processes, working smart and making things as simple as possible are my thing.
When I’m not working I usually have a camera in my hand, my family close by and several exciting projects on the go!
