HR Business Partner – Blue Chip

Our client, a leading multinational company is currently searching for a high calibre HR Business Partner who will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of their HR. The role will be demanding but there will be a large number of opportunities for career development. Your role will be to provide strong HR support to managers including guidance on employee relations, recruitment and talent management.
You will be responsible for c.120+ employees within the marketing function so experience of working with a similar client group would be advantageous.
You will need to develop an excellent understanding of how this complex and fast paced company operates including learning and adhering to its commercial objectives whilst ensuring that all areas of HR support the requirements of the business and tie in with the corporate strategy.
They are looking for someone that has held a true HR Business Partner role and has perhaps worked with one or two large corporates but can demonstrate real progression within these environments.
We are looking for intelligent individuals so strong academic results would be of particular interest. You will be working with some very bright people in the business and need to be able to present a strong case for HR initiatives with senior stakeholders.
A well-rounded generalist with good commercial business partnering experience would definitely suit the role.
