Q: What type of tablet is supplied and is there an alternative if my staff don't need one?

A:We buy the best performing 7″ mini Android or Amazon tablet currently available, which will be delivered to the delegate’s home for them to keep. We appreciate that for some a tablet isn’t necessary, which is why for those not needing one we offer an additional 1.5 hours with a coach.

Q: Will my staff meet a real person?

A:The simple answer is yes. All our delegates get 1-2-1 time with an experienced career coach. For those on our All Inclusive programmes these sessions can be conducted over the phone, via video conferencing or face-to-face.

Q: Is All Inclusive suitable for senior delegates?

A: For the most senior staff members we offer a tailored Executive Outplacement programme. If you’re in doubt as to which is the most suitable for your departing staff, please do get in touch via +44 20 7224 3307 as we’d be happy to talk though the available options.

Q: How quickly can support be set up after someone exits?

A: We can typically activate support within 24 hours of referral. Once we receive your go-ahead, we contact the individual directly, get them set up with Chiumento24, and book their first coaching session. Our goal is to ensure there’s no gap in support by helping individuals feel guided and reassured from the start.
