A lot has happened at Chiumento in 2012. We’ve seen our talent management business lift off with projects in areas as diverse as performance management, engagement, assessment and executive coaching. At the same time our HR Solutions business has expanded to help develop as well as recruit great HR talent. We’ve also seen significant developments in our outplacement and career management offerings that reflect the changing needs of clients and delegates.
This year we have also relocated our London office, hired some great new staff and added more consultants to our frontline delivery team. To try and capture everything that’s different we’ve unwrapped ourselves an early Christmas present – a completely re-designed and re-written website that will springboard us in to 2013.
The site doesn’t only look different – it works differently too. Utilising latest technologies to ensure it is user-friendly on devices from smart phones to iPads and PC’s. The same technology will power our next generation of outplacement and career management toolkits – responding to growing demand for m-learning.
Planned developments for 2013 include a members’ only area where clients will be able to access more of our research and toolkits. There will also be blogs, video content and more.
Of course some things remain unchanged – like our values and our commitment to quality. Both will underpin the business moving forward.
