We’ve taken some of the latest business school thinking, added real world experience and developed a series of easy-to-use toolkits that can be applied with confidence immediately after each module. We call it: latest thinking, practically applied.
The Chiumento Academy has been specifically designed so that your team can master essential skills in a single day. Each of the eight modules have been designed to address a critical organisational or individual development need. Available 'off the shelf', the courses can be implemented quickly and far more cost effectively than developing bespoke solutions.
We’ve deliberately designed the Chiumento Academy so that two or more modules can be combined to form a more extensive management development programme. Indeed, it is possible to combine all eight modules into an intensive five-day programme. The full programme is best delivered as a 3+2 days event – ensuring that delegates can consolidate the learning between the two sessions.
