We Have Moved!

We are delighted to confirm the first details of our new offices in London’s eclectic Camden Town. Our new London hub is less than five minutes from the nearest tube; it has direct connections via the Northern Line to many mainline stations including Kings Cross, Euston, Waterloo, Moorgate, Charing Cross, Old Street and London Bridge. The area is well served by bus routes and there is short and longer-term parking available close to the office.

Camden, like nearby Kings Cross, is considered to be one of London’s up and coming areas for business and leisure. The whole building has been recently refurbished and is fully DDA compliant. It has a manned reception, informal break out areas and will have the high speed internet connections essential to our drive to utilise the latest in learning technologies.

We have signed off the detailed drawings for our space and our contractors start the fit out on 10 September. As you will see from the photographs it is currently just a shell so there’s lots to do – from partitioning to kitchen fitting. We are sure the result will be an environment that our clients, delegates and staff will all enjoy. The completed build is due to be handed over to us on 28 September and we anticipate the office being fully operational from Monday 1 October. Our temporary office in Oxford Street will be retained until we move in.

The offices will include a training room with upgraded Audio-Visual kit, as well as meeting rooms and an open plan break out area designed with networking and “hot desking” in mind.

We have chosen our new London building as it gives us the facilities to deliver a wider range of talent management services as well as housing our expanding London team including Mike, Pedro, Nicola, Katy and James. With other members of our team visiting on a regular basis, Underhill Street will become the vibrant centre for all our sales, project management and marketing operations. Finance and IT will remain in Oxford which will continue to be one of our local delivery centres.

We are planning to celebrate our new home with a series of our popular “working lunch” events starting in November. These intimate forums focus on a particular HR topic and provide a great opportunity for our clients to network with each other. We will be issuing invitations to the first of these later in the year. If you have an HR “hot topic” that you would like us to cover then do please let us know.  To reflect the multi-cultural nature of Camden, we are planning on each event having a different ethnic food theme – making them fun as well as informative.
