Q: How is a Coach selected for Executive Outplacement support?

A: We hand-match each Executive with a Coach based on their seniority, career goals, sector experience, and personal preferences.

Our matching process ensures the Coach brings both the credibility and the specific expertise needed to support high-level transition.

All of our Executive Coaches have extensive experience working with C-suite and senior leaders, and we prioritise strong chemistry and trust from the outset. Where helpful, we can also arrange an introductory call before fully assigning the coach.

For our Executive Outplacement delegates we have experts available that can help with retirement planning, all aspects of starting a business or help those that wish to take on a NED role. We are also able to offer international support via our global partnership with Arbora,  helping both executives based outside of the UK or delegates that are looking to make an international move.

Q: Can you support a senior individual with securing a NED (Non-Executive Director) role?

A: Yes. Many of our Executive delegates are actively pursuing NED or trustee roles as part of their next chapter. Our Coaches bring deep experience in helping leaders position themselves for board roles, including crafting a strong NED CV, sharpening governance narratives, and navigating the NED market. We also provide insight into how to build visibility and credibility with Executive search firms and board networks.

Q: What resources will Executives have access to?

A: In addition to dedicated 1:1 coaching, Executives receive access to a suite of personalised tools and resources using our Chiumento24 platform, including CV and LinkedIn support,  interview preparation, and personal brand building.

Q: Where are your offices?

A: We have been a fully remote working company since 2017. Our Coaches meet delegates remotely or in a location that is convenient to each delegate.

Q: Do you offer retirement planning?

A: Yes. We realise that for some of our Executive delegates, the next step in their career is retirement. We have a full range of retirement advice and planning that helps your Executive Outplacement delegate decide firstly if it is the right decision for them and then how to plan a successful retirement.
