Designed for clients with a high-volume outplacement requirement or where cost is the overriding factor. Accelerator is our most cost-efficient range of outplacement programmes yet. Speed is the focus, with programmes running for 1, 2 or 3 months, the aim is to ensure your staff are job hunting as soon as possible.

Career and e-learning portal

Accelerator programmes are technology-driven and access to Chiumento 24, its vast e-learning library, interactive tools and inbuilt video conferencing and instant messaging functionality is included for all delegates

CV professionally written

We aim to have all delegates job ready within a week and a key part of this is creating a CV, and quickly. Which is why there is the option for our professional CV writer to create CV for all delegates within 72 hours.

Expert support

In our premium Accelerator Programmes, a Career Concierge is on hand to offer help and advice. However there is also the option, if required for online sessions with career advisors or coaches.

All Inclusive
