Digital Marketing Executive
c.£30K UK based – remote working
Chiumento provides high quality career management and outplacement services to clients across the UK. We’ve always “punched above our weight” in terms of brand recognition and reputation – with a lot of new business coming our way via personal recommendations.
To build on that we are now looking to hire a digital marketing specialist who can take our services to new audiences. Our target customers are predominantly HR professionals working for medium to large size employers – so this is very much a B-2-B role.
What’s the job about?
We see the job having four main elements:-
- Enhancing our website to make it more engaging and easier to navigate. Plus ensuring we get even higher SEO rankings for agreed focus keywords.
- Publishing great articles that prove our expertise and highlight our products. All SEO optimised to ensure potential clients can find us quickly and easily when researching for new suppliers.
- Engaging social media presence – you’ll tell us what social media channels we need to be on to reach our key audiences. You’ll make sure we speak regularly – raising our profile and helping us become respected contributors on key themes.
- Telling exceptional stories – you’ll ensure we regularly publish case studies and testimonials that prove the quality of what we do. That will mean talking to clients and delegates about their experiences and telling those stories in engaging and impactful ways.
What are we looking for?
Your career so far will point to a real understanding of how digital marketing can accelerate sales growth in a B-2-B business. You’ll be confident in using website content management systems including SEO plugins. A confident writer and editor, you’ll be able to use generative AI tools to speed up content production. And you’ll relish the chance to learn how to enhance your skills in using video production software.
Ultimately your success in this role will be judged your ability to generate more and better conversations with potential new clients. So, you need to be confident in producing management reporting that provides evidence of the impact your work is having.

All of us work remotely from home. We are open-minded about location within the UK provided you convince us that commuting to meetings when needed won’t be a problem. Once your induction is over, travel (usually to London or Newark) is unlikely to be needed more than once a month.
