How does it work?

We are commissioned by organisations going through redundancies to help their departing staff take the next step. Whether you want a new role, to retire, change your career or become self-employed, we have the tools and expertise to help, all at no cost to you, our delegate.

What will it involve?

Typically, our programmes last between one and six months, and include a range of services from your own career concierge and a professionally written CV to access to our career portal and time with expert career coaches. Get in touch and we can confirm what is available to you.

For most people the only career advice they’ve ever had was at school. An outplacement programme gives you the opportunity to gain valuable help and advice as an adult. It will refresh your knowledge and give you skills to help with your next step and throughout your career.

Where are your offices?

We have been a fully remote working company since 2017. Our coaches meet delegates remotely or in a location that is convenient to each delegate.

Can coaching sessions be run remotely?

All our outplacement services can be run remotely, in fact we positivly encourage it as it means we can link our delegates with the best coach for them, regardless of location.

Can I sign up as a private individual?

Can you help delegates outside of the UK?

What part of the country do you cover?

We cover the whole of the UK, with many of our delegates and coaches meeting remotely we’re able to offer the best coach for each delegate, not just partnering them with the one that lives the closest.

Yes. We realise that for some of our delegates, the next step in their career is retirement. We have a full range of retirement advice and planing that helps you assess your options and how plan a sucessful retirement.
